The location is unbeatable for families! We were amidst cool shops and lively cafes, all within walking distance. Our room was spacious enough for my wife, our two kids, and me. The kids really enjoyed the small swimming pool area with an amazing view of the city.
My wife says that a better breakfast selection would be great for families.

Had an extra special stay which is about the same as an extra night, everything was great. Got beautifully decorated and great-sized standard room with a balcony when arrived, enjoyed that. This hotel was located in a central area really close to restaurants and bars, the historic center and the incredible shops, restaurants and bars. It also was in a very hipp area.

That pool area could seriously use some heating!!! The noise levels were a tad too high for my liking!!! Expect a lively atmosphere outside!!!

Room was nicely designed with modern painting/art and cosy with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively large and clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff who spoke good English. I appreciated the glass of red wine offered by the hotel. Cosy tiny courtyard. The common room and breakfast area looked good and had a clean toilet. Overall everything looked pretty nice.
The buffet breakfast came as very small portions to collect on even smaller plates so that it took a lot of time to get some decent portion together. There wasn't much choice. The room was small, but fairly efficiently equipped. The window was next to the stairs so that you can't open curtains without losing your privacy. On the other hand, natural light came from another higher window so that the room wasn't dark at all. The shower wasn't well fixed so that you need to hold it to get water. The next morning, the water remained cold after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to have a cold shower which wasnt very nice. Because 20% adds up to the total bill, the double room (which I used as single) was around 80 euro which was a bit too expensive for what you get.

Front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful, very clean rooms and excellent location. Breakfast with good choices.
Very small room with hardly anywhere to store unhanging clothes but was adequate for 1 person. Kept unhanging clothes in luggage. Feel it may be too cramped if someone were with me.

The location of First Palermo is very nice. Surrounded by vibrant restaurants, bars, and cafes, I felt immersed in the local culture. My room was cozy, with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. Loved having a mini-bar and a tv to relax with. I encountered some minor noise issues due to the lively street. Earplugs were a must for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was quite underwhelming. Limited options and not very appetizing, disappointing. The hotel could use a refresh, as some areas felt a bit dated. The cute atmosphere and great location definitely made up for these downsides.

Charming Spot with a Lively Atmosphere
This quaint hotel offered a good stay. Loved the balcony view and nearby cafes. Tip, Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise as the area can get lively, but the comfy beds made sleep easy. Kind staff enhanced our experience.
